摘  要:目的证明牛颈静脉可作为制备婴儿右心流出道的修复材料。方法分别用4 %的EX -313与0.5 %的戊二醛处理牛颈静脉带瓣胶元管道 ,所获材料进行外观、瓣膜功能、扫描电镜与光镜检查 ,及生物力学的测试并进行犬肺动脉成型与重建的活体观察。所获的数据进行t检验。结果证明EX -313及内壁肝素化处理后的材料较单纯戊二醛处理者的质地更接近天然血管 ,结构间充满空隙 ,抗张强度与戊二醛处理者相当 ;抗钙化与抗栓方面明显优于戊二醛处理者。结论经亲水性交联剂EX_313处理的牛颈静脉有可能成为较理想的婴儿用右心流出道修复材料。Objective To explore whether bovine jugular veins can be used as the biomaterial for repairing the right ventricle outflow tract in human infants.Methods Bovine jugular veins were fixed with either4%EX_313or0.5%glutaraldehyde.The vascular structure and function were examined in the gross and under both of microscopy and electron microscopy.The viviperception of the biomaterial was further performed in dog models.Results The bovine jugular veins treated with EX_313or heparin were more pliable and had higher anticalcification and antithrombogenicity properties comparing to those treated with glutaraldehyde.Conclusions It is suggested that bovine jugular veins treated with the crosslinking agent,EX_313,be a promising biomaterial for the repair of right ventricle outflow tract in children.
