纤维支气管镜对肺部急危症的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜在肺部急危症中的应用价值。方法对 118例肺部急危症作纤维支气管镜诊断治疗。其中活动性咯血 6 1例 ,外伤及手术致急性肺不张 36例 ,引导气管插管成功率 10 0 %。结论纤维支气管镜是处理肺部急危症的重要有效手段。objective we study the utility of fiberoptic bronchoscopic for case in patients with acute and serious pulmonary disease .Methods 118 cases with acute and serious pulmonary disease were diagnosed and treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopic. Among them, there are 60 cases with active hemoptysis, 36 cases with acute atelecasis resulting hemcopysis from tiaccma and operation. 21 cases with direction of eudotracheal intubation .Result the total offective rate of treatment to hemoptysis is 88 percent. The total offective rate of treatment to acute atelectasis is 99 perceut. The success rate of direction of endotracheal intabation is 100 percent. Conslusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopic is a useful method to deal with acute and serious puhnonary disease.
