针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中的神经生化研究

摘　　要：围绕脑缺血后 ,能量衰竭 ,膜失衡 ,钙超载 ,兴奋性氨基酸聚集 ,自由基产生 ,细胞因子释放 ,神经递质、调质紊乱 ,促发细胞凋亡 ,促进了细胞死亡 ,本文探讨了针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中的神经生化机制。认为针刺通过调节上述神经生化紊乱的各个方面 ,阻断了缺血损伤级联样“瀑布”反应 ,挽救了缺血“半暗带” ,减轻了细胞损伤 。In the present paper, the authors review development of neurobiochemical researches on acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy from the effects of acupuncture in 1) regulating energy metabolism and checking the release of excitatory amino acids of the neurons in the brain; 2) maintaining the balance of extra and intra cellular ions, preventing intracellular Ca 2+ from overload; 3) resisting free radicals; 4) modulating levels of neurotransmitters; and 5) down regulating or up regulating gene expression of the neurons and reducing apoptosis to protect cerebral neurons. The aforementioned effects of acupuncture may be responsible for its action in improving symptoms and signs of ischemic stroke patients.
