摘　　要：Through a comparison of the agricultural policies on finance between China and Thailand in their organizational structures,systems,fund sources and operations,functions,market environments and external relations,this essay,inspired by Thailand’s practice,raises proposals to improve China’s agricultural policies on finance in systems,to increase funds fromvarious channels,to make flexible use of the funds,to improve functions and to straighten out external relations.Through a comparison of the agricultural policies on finance between China and Thailand in their organizational structures,systems,fund sources and operations,functions,market environments and external relations,this essay,inspired by Thailand's practice,raises proposals to improve China's agricultural policies on finance in systems,to increase funds fromvarious channels,to make flexible use of the funds,to improve functions and to straighten out external relations.
