摘　　要：目的 :总结闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法 :对 86例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :本组 86例闭合性肾损伤中 ,肾挫伤 6 3例 ,肾裂伤 1 8例 ,肾粉碎伤 5例 ,并发伤 2 1例。血尿、腰部疼痛是主要的临床症状。保守治疗 71例 ,超选择性肾动脉栓塞术 1例 ,手术治疗 1 4例。死亡 3例。结论 :B超和CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法 ,迅速而准确的伤情评估 。Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 86 cases of closed renal traumas. Methods:86 cases of closed renal traumas were studied retrospectively. Results:There were 63 cases of renal contusion, 18 cases of renal laceration, 5 cases of renal multiple major laceration, 21 cases of renal injures complicated by other visceral injuries. Hematuria and flank pain were main symptoms.71patients received conservative treatment,1 case received superselected renal arteriographic embolization,14 patients underwent open operation,and 3 patients died of the injury.Conclusions:Ultrasonography and CT were effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma.It was important for the treatment of closed renal trauma to evaluate the extent of the injury quickly and accurately and to decide the treatment strategy.
