齿轮轮齿裂缝的产生及其应力分析

摘　　要：用断裂力学理论对齿轮轮齿的裂缝产生原因、危险断面及裂缝扩展因素进行分析 ,对齿轮裂缝的弹性应力强度因子和裂缝尖端处的应力状态、位移进行初步探讨。对齿轮使用寿命进行估算 。Uses the theory of fracture mechanics to analysis reasons of taking multiple crack of gear teeth,danger section and reasons of extending multiple crack. It attempts to discuss the stress intensity factor of multiple crack and stress estate and displacement of multiple crack cusp. It estimate the operational life.That is all through enumerate example to be test and verify.
