吞服液性药物后口腔食管内药物残留的检测

摘　　要：目的　观察吞服液性药物后不同时间点口腔、食管内的药物残留 ,讨论其意义。方法　 10名健康受试者空腹口服 6 0mL含 1 85× 10 10 Bq99mTc -MIBI的药液 ,并禁食禁饮 ,以Toshiba 710 0A/DI旋转型γ照相机 ,于服药后即刻、0 5、1、2、3、4h分别前位采集图像 ,包括口腔、食管 ,以ROI技术获取不同时间点口腔、食管内放射性计数 ,计算口腔、食管内不同时间点放射性计数占服药后即刻放射性计数的百分比。结果　 10名受试者口服99mTc药液 4h后仍可见口腔、食管显像 ,于服药后即刻、0 5、1、 2、 3、4h的口腔和食管内放射性计数均值分别为 6 980 5、2 14 0 6、736 0、4 4 0 0、32 5 3、2 5 5 9和 2 816 6、5 2 4 8、12 5 2、97 6、84 4、74 8,服药后 0 5、1、2、3、4h ,口腔和食管内共有 4 9 2 9%、14 99%、9 77%、7 6 6 %、6 33%的药物残留。结论　口服液性药物后较长时间内口腔、食管内都有药物残留 ,有重要临床意义。Objective To observe the intraoral and intraesophageal drug residues at different time points after administration,and discuss its significance.Methods After an overnight fast,10 healthy volunteers drank 60ml water containing 1.85×10 10Bq 99mTc.The images of mouth and esophagus of all subjects were collected from anterior position by gamma camera (7100A/DI) at 0,0.5,1,2,3,4 hr after the administration of 99mTc.The intraoral and intraesophageal radiocountings at various time were detected with ROI technique.The ratios of the radiocountings of different time points vs.the radiocounting of 0 hour were calculated.Results The images of mouth and esophagus of 10 subjects could be identified more than 4 hours after the administration of 99mTc.The mean intraoral radiocountings and intraesophageal radiocountings at 0,0.5,1,2,3,4 hr were 6 980.5,2 140.6,736.0,440.0,325.3,255.9 and 2 816.6,524.8,125.2,97.6,84.4,74.8,respectively.The ratios of both intraoral and intraesophageal radiocountings at 0.5,1,2,3,4 hr were 49.29%,14.99%,9.77%,7.66% and 6.33%,respectively.Conclusions Liquid drug may remain in mouth and esophagus for a long time after administration,which has clinical significance.
