宫颈鳞癌survivin与VEGF表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨宫颈鳞癌发生发展中survivin表达及其与VEGF表达的相关意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测 4 6例宫颈鳞癌 ,17例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 (CIN)和 2 1例慢性宫颈炎组织中survivin、VEGF的表达水平。结果　从慢性宫颈炎组到宫颈癌组 ,survivin、VEGF表达率逐渐升高。宫颈癌组的survivin、VEGF阳性表达显著高于慢性宫颈炎组及CIN组 (P <0 .0 5 )。survivin表达与VEGF表达呈显著正相关 (r=0 .35 8,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　survivin在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达上调 ,与VEGF在宫颈癌的发生中可能存在协同作用。Objective To study the expression of survivin and to study its relationship with expression of VEGF in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Using immunohistochemistry SP assay,the expression of survivin and VEGF was evaluated in 46 cervical squamous cell carcinoma,17 cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) and 21chronic cervicities tissues.Results Survivin and VEGF expression tended to increase along with tumor progression (P< 0.05 ). The positive rate of survivin and VEGF in SCC group was higher than that of the chronic cervicities group and CIN group(P< 0.05 ).There are positive correlation between survivin and VEGF (r= 0.358 ,P< 0.001 ).Conclusion Survivin overexpression and VEGF might play synergetic roles in the process of carcinogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
