从神经心理学和影像学探讨加味五子衍宗颗粒对轻度认知障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究补肾方加味五子衍宗颗粒对轻度认知障碍 (MCI)患者记忆功能及脑 CT的影响。方法　参考目前国际公认的 MCI诊断标准 ,筛选出 44名 MCI患者 ,采用随机双盲、双模拟方法 ,分为加味五子衍宗治疗组和银杏叶对照组 ,服药 3个月 ,观察用药前后记忆功能及脑 CT的变化。 2 0名健康者为正常对照。结果　 MCI组的记忆商 (MQ)较正常对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,海马指数和颞角宽度较正常对照组明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5)。治疗后加味五子衍宗治疗组和银杏叶对照组的 MQ均较治疗前明显提高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,海马指数和颞角宽度较治疗前明显变小 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　加味五子衍宗丸治疗 MCI有较好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Particle (JWYP) on treating patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) by neuropsychology and computed tomography (CT). Methods 44 subjects were found with MCI according to the criteria stipulated by the Petereson's, and then randomly divided two groups with double blind and simulation method, one group was treated with JWYP and the other with Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb), each for 3 months, and 20 healthy people were controls. The changes of brain CT and memory ability before and after treating were observed. Results Before treatment, MCI patients has significantly lower scores in memorial quotient (MQ), higher hippocampus index and width of temporal horn than healthy elderly. After treatment, there were remarkable increase of MQ and reduction of hippocampus index and width of temporal horn in JWYP group and EGb group ( P <0.01). Conclusions JWYP is effective in treating patients with MCI.
