摘 要:观察分析在不同的运动强度诱导的“运动性酸中毒”环境中 ,大鼠肾小管上皮细胞刷状缘侧膜钠离子依赖性枸橼酸转运蛋白mRNA表达量的变化。结果表明 :不同运动强度对枸橼酸转蛋白mRNA表达量的作用不一。A组运动强度较小 ,血乳酸的水平相对于对照组无显著性升高 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,转运蛋白mRNA表达量也无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。B组和C组运动强度较大 ,血乳酸水平相对于对照组显著性升高 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,转运蛋白mRNA表达量也呈现明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。C组较B组血乳酸水平显著性升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但两组转运蛋白mRNA表达量却无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) 。This research is designed to study whether metabolic acidosis induced by different exercise intensities affect the expression of brush border Na +/citrate cotransporter in rat renal tubular. The experiment results indicate that different exercise intensities result in different effects on the abundance of brush border Na +/citrate cotransporter mRNA in renal tubular. Exercise intensity is low in Group A. There is no significant difference in BLa level between Group A and the control group. Cotransporter mRNA abundance doesn't increase significantly in Group A compared with the control group ( P >0.05). Exercise in Group B and C is high and the BLa level increases significantly compared with the control group. The abundance of cotransporter mRNA increases significantly in Group B and C than in the control group ( P <0.01). The BLa level in Group C is significantly higher than in Group B. But there is no significant difference in the abundance of cotransporter mRNA between Group B and C( P >0.05). It suggests that a threshold of acidity to affect the abundance of cotransporter mRNA may exist.
