对我国优秀男子链球运动员旋转技术特征的分析

摘　　要：通过高速摄影及影片解析 ,对我国三位优秀男子链球运动员的旋转技术特征进行了运动学分析 ,结果发现 ,我国三位优秀运动员与国外优秀选手相比 ,在旋转时单、双支撑时间分布、链球加速途径 ,重心位置变化及链球运行斜面变化等方面存在着一些问题。根据存在的问题 ,提出了一些建议 。The characteristics of the spinning techniques of the 3 Chinese male hammer throwers are studied. By using high speed photography and analysis, a kinematic analysis of the single or double supporting time, the speed up path of hammer, the change of gravity and the movement change on the inclined plane of hammer is made. Comparing with foreign elite hammer throwers, it's found that some problems are existing in the spinning techniques of the three Chinese male hammer throwers and some suggestions are put forward for reference in the future training.
