论健美操运动员等级规定动作的普及与少年运动员的培养

摘　　要：通过对我国重新修订的《健美操运动员技术等级标准》的动作技术分析 ,并对我国少年健美操运动员的现状进行初步调查 ,发现《健美操运动员技术等级标准》已经在短时间得到了较好的普及 ,但从对少年运动员的培养角度分析 ,目前少年的训练场地和教师、教练员缺乏是极为突出的问题 ,最需解决的是中小学体育课中没有健美操内容。从多方面分析了我国少年健美操运动员的现状 。By analyzing the standard movements of the revised Standard of Technical Levels of Aerobic Athletes and based on a primary investigation into the current situation of the young aerobic athletes of China, we have learned that the Standard has been fully popularized within a short time. Yet, from the angle of cultivating young athletes, the lack of training grounds and coaches has become the most prominent issue to be solved. There is no aerobic class in primary and high schools. Analyzing the current situation of young aerobic athletes from several aspects, the paper puts forward the solutions.
