摘　　要：通过对精神卫生行业的现状与存在的问题的分析,得出精神卫生行业必须走多元化经营的发展道路这一结论。在此基础上,对浙江省部分精神病专科医院精神科、心理科、老年护理科进行分析,论证了精神卫生行业可以实施以心理科和老年护理科为新的战略业务单位的多元化战略。最后就如何实施多元化战略提出了若干建议。Based on the analysis of current situation and problems in mental health service in Zhejiang Province, the article concludes that metal health service must be developed through multiple-factor operation strategy. The article analyzes the psychiatry departments, psychic departments and senile nursing departments in Zhejiang Province and discusses the multiple-factor operation strategy, placing psychic department and senile nursing department as the new strategic unit. Finally, the article makes several suggestions on how to implement multiple-factor operation strategy.
