摘　　要：借鉴国内钢厂生产汽车用钢 4 0MnB的经验 ,首钢设计了用连铸工艺生产该钢种的内控成分和各工序的关键工艺 ,用BOF -LFUsing the experiences of producing automobile steel 40MnB provided by other domestic steelworks for reference,a production process composed of BOF-LF-CC were developed by Shougang Group.Key points of this process include specially-designed steel compositions and process controlling.As a result,40MnB for automobile can be produced in batch by this process.
