摘  要:为研究复方隆糖片(主药:大黄、黄连、肉桂)治疗2型糖尿病的机理,雄性KK-ay小鼠分为模型组、中药组、西药组,饲以高脂饲料,同时后两组分别给予相应药物治疗;另取雄性G57BL小鼠作对照,饲以普通饲料。两周后测定各组动物的空腹血糖、血清胰岛素,肝细胞胰岛素受体(IR)、IR-mRNA表达。结果:模型组血糖、血清胰岛素明显增高,IR减少、IR-mRNA下降;与模型组相比,中药组血糖降低,IR、IR-mRNA升高,且这种作用与西药(吡格列酮)不完全相同。提示:复方黄连降糖片提高IR-mRNA的表达、增加肝细胞膜的IR数量,可能是其治疗糖尿病的机理之一。To study the mechanism of ' Fufang Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet' in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, male KK-ay mice were modeled by feeding high-lipid forage into three groups: group A in which no treatment was given, group B in which Chinese herbs were given and group C in which pioglitazone was given;in addition,some male CS7 BL mice were used and fed with normal forage as control(group D). Two months later,the fasting blood sugar,insulin and hepatic insulin receptor(IR) and IR-mRNA expression were determined. Results:In group A the blood sugar and insulin increased while IR and IR-mRNA expression reduced;as compared with group A,the blood sugar decreased and IR and IR-mRNA expression increased in group B, rather dissimilar to group C. It is suggested that the Tablet can increase IR-mRNA expression and IR to treat diabetes.
