摘　　要：聚氨酯涂膜防水材料是双组分化学反应固化型弹性防水涂料.甲组分别是以聚醚树脂和二异氰酸脂等为原料,经聚合反应制成的含端异氰酸脂基的聚氨基甲酸脂预聚物;乙组分别由交联剂、促进剂、增韧剂、增黏剂、防霉剂和填充剂等混合加工而成.甲、乙分别按一定比例混合涂布固化后,形成弹性整体防水层,采用冷作法施工.文章详细阐述了防水施工的用料、配合比、机具、施工组织、质量控制等技术措施.Polyurethane coated waterproof material is a type of elastic waterproof material solidified in bi-component chemical reaction. The first group is polyurethane prepolumer which is made from polyether resin and diisocyanate etc after polymerization; the second group is made by mixing up cross linker, accelerator, softener, densifier, mold preventive and stuffing etc. Both groups, according to a certain ratio, are mixed up and then coated and solidified to form elastic waterproof coating, which can be applied in construction by adopting the method of cold-work. The paper expounds the technical measures such as material adoption, ratio compounding, tool, construction management and quality control etc in waterproof construction.
