耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的分离及药敏结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院近2年来耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的感染及药敏试验情况。方法通过全自动细菌分析系统及苯唑西林琼脂筛选法筛选出MRSA,采用WHO推荐的K-B纸片扩散法对筛选出的MRSA作体外抗生素敏感试验。结果152株金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)中,MRSA占62.5%(95/152),MRSA体外抗生素敏感试验显示为多重耐药,万古霉素耐药率为0%,利福平、呋喃妥因对治疗MRSA有较好效果,β-内酰胺类耐药率为100%,氨基糖甙类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、四环素类均呈不同程度耐药。结论在金黄色葡萄球菌感染中,MRSA的感染率较高,并有上升趋势,其体外抗生素敏感试验显示为多重耐药,应引起我们重视。Objective To understand the infecting of methicillin resistant staphylococci aureomycin(MRSA)and the drug anaphylaxis test in our hospital of the recent two years. Methods Selecting MRSA by full automatic bacterium analysing system and the selecting method of benzol penicillin ager. Then use the diffusion of K B paper recommended by WTO to have external anti auxin sensitive test for the selected MRSA. Results MRSA covers 62.5 percent(95/152) in 152 stems of staphylococci aureomycin (SA). The sensitive test about external anti auxin of MRSA shows that it is multi drug fast. The drug fast of vancomycin is 0%. The rifampin and furantoin are better for curing the MRSA. The drug fast rate of B internal amides is 100%. The aminosugar sweets ,internal ring esters ,quino ketones and tetracyclines have different level in drug fast. Conclusion The infecting of MRSA has higher rate in the infecting of staphylococci aureomycin. And it has the growing tendency. It must attach our importance that the external anti auxin sensitive test shows multi drug fast.
