摘　　要：如何学习和利用资本主义中的先进成分,这是关系到怎样进行社会主义建设的问题。毛泽东和邓小平都对这一问题做过有益的探索。他们学习利用资本主义的思想既有相同点,又有不同之处。其共同方面至今仍在指导着我们的现代化建设,其不同方面对我们也有着启迪和借鉴意义。How to study to make use of capitalism concerns how to carry out the socialist construction. Both Mao and Deng had done some useful probes into this problem. There are both similarities and dissimilarities between them in dealing with study and use of capitalist thoughts. The ideas they shared have been guiding our construction of modernization so far, and the dissimilarities also once enlightened and benefited us.
