摘　　要：稳定是我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的重要前提。在新的历史时期,认真研究邓小平稳定观的历史渊源,对于我们正确理解中共十六大报告,全面建设小康社会,有着十分重要的意义。The stability is the important premise for the reform and opening-up and the socialist modernization construction. During the new period, it is very important to study the historical origin for Deng Xiao-ping's stability concept for understanding rightly the report about the 16th National People's Congress and building the well-off society in all-round way.
