摘 要:目的 :将显微摄像用于体外模拟实验中 ,以明确微气泡的形态变化与其后散射强度之间的关系 ,并评价将显微摄像与超声造影剂成像联合运用的巨大潜力。方法 :设计一体外模拟心脏模型 ,注入 5%声振白蛋白后 ,密封容器 ,使微气泡处于悬浮状态并逐步升高压力 ,观察压力改变后显微镜下单个微气泡的大小 ,同步分析微气泡后散射时间 -强度曲线。结果 :随着压力的升高 ,微气泡半径变小 ,同时后散射强度减弱 ,二者在压力作用下变化趋势一致。然而微气泡半径在压力作用下的变化幅度 ,以及后散射强度与微气泡半径之间的比例关系与理论计算相距甚远。结论 :显微摄像对直观地认识微气泡形态变化与其声学特性之间的相互关系 ,证实其声学特性后的具体机制 。Objective:To ascertain the relation b et ween the shape of microbubbles and the acoustic property,and try to search abou t the feasibility of combining optical visualization and ultrasound contrast imag ing in an in vitro model.Methods:An in vitro model for sonographic imaging was bui lt.The system was closed after 5% sonicated albumin was injected.The water tank was positioned over a stirring device and consequently the bubbles were made sus pended.The system was pressurized gradually by a syringe.Microscopic view for a single bubble was performed and recorded.Moreover,synchronized backscatter image on ultrasonic equipment was identified and recorded.Results:The diameter of the single microbubble and the backscatter intensity of the d esired region decreased simultaneously with the elevation of the pressure.Howeve r,the variation of the microbubbles diameter on the pressure and the proportio n between the backscatter intensity and the microbubble's diameter from the expe rimental results were much different from the theoretical results.Conclusions:It is important and essential to observe the r elation between the shape of microbubbles and the acoustic property,and to find out the exact mechanism behind the acoustic characterization.Also,it helps compa rative analysis between the theoretical and the experimental results.
