动态超声监测移植肾手术并发症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声在移植肾手术并发症中的诊断价值。方法 :对 85例肾移植术后患者连续 1个月进行超声动态监测。结果 :本研究移植肾手术并发症 2 5例 :移植肾肾周积液 15例、肾盂积水 8例 ,肾动脉狭窄 2例 ,发病率 2 9.41%。结论 :动态超声有助于鉴别尿漏、淋巴囊肿及单纯性肾周积液 ;移植肾术后早期多合并非梗阻性轻度肾盂积水 ;肾动脉峰值流速 >2 m/ s,结合其它相关参数。Objective:To assess the value of ultr as ound in the evaluation of technical complications of renal transplantation Methods:Eighty five transplanted kidneys were observed con tinuously for 1 month by ultrasound Results:There were 25 technical complications in our serie s with an incidence of 29% It included 15 peritransplant fluid collection,8 hyd ronephrosis and 2 renal artery stenosis Conclusions:Ultrasound is a useful tool to distinguish uri ne leak lymphoceles and uncharacterized fluid collection Mild hydronephrosis wi thout ureteral obstruction was frequently encountered immediately after transpla ntation It will be useful in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis combined peak s ystolic velocity with other related parameters and clinical features
