糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化吸出 (PHACO)联合人工晶状体植入术和现代囊外摘除术 (ECCE)联合人工晶状体植入术对术后视力和术后反应的影响。方法 :糖尿病患者白内障 85例 (10 1只眼 ) ,其中PHACO组 3 7例 45眼 (A组 ) ,ECCE组 48例 5 6眼 (B组 ) ,对两组的术后视力和术后反应进行比较分析。结果 :1 术后视力 :术后反应消失后 ,视力≥ 0 5者 ,A组 40眼 (88 89% ) ,B组 3 8眼 (67 86% ) ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。 2 术后反应 :房闪 (+ + )以上、瞳孔区纤维素样渗出或晶状体表面弥漫色素沉着 ,A组 5眼 (12 5 0 % ) ,B组 17眼(3 0 3 6% ) ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :糖尿病患者白内障行PHACO手术比ECCE手术视力恢复好、术后反应小。To compare PHACO+PC-IOL and ECCE+PC-IOL on the items of postoperative inflammation and vision in patients with diabetes. Methods:85 cases (101 eyes) of cataract with diabetes were extracted with PHACO (45 eyes of 37 cases) or ECCE (56 eyes of 48 cases),PC-IOL was implanted in both groups.The postoperative inflammation and visual acuity of the two groups were analyzed. Results:After the postoperative inflammation disappeared,the number of the eyes with visual acuity ≥0 5 was 40 in PHACO group (88 89%),and 38 in ECCE group (67 86%).The difference was significant (P<0 05).Postoperative inflammation in ECCE group was severe than that in PHACO group (P<0 05). Conclusions:PHACO is better than ECCE for the treatment of cataract in diabetic patients.
