摘　　要：目的 :探索美宝湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗小夹板固定术后压迫性溃疡 (简称压疮 )的临床疗效。方法 :对形成水疱的压疮穿孔放液 ,表面剥离的压疮应剪去腐皮 ,然后涂上 1mm厚MEBO ,用 4～ 5层无菌纱布均匀地松松包扎每日换药 2～ 3次 ,直至创面愈合。结果 :2 1例压疮经MEBO湿润包扎疗法治疗效果显著。结论 :湿润包扎方法 ,操作简便 ,费用低廉 ,易于基层医疗单位推广。Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating compression ulcer post splintage. Method: The blisters in the ulcers were broken to remove the liquid and the putrefactive parts cut away, then MEBO was applied locally to a thickness of 1 mm and bandaged loosely with 4 to 5 layers of sterile gauze. The dressing was changed 2 to 3 times every day, until the wounds healed. Result: 21 cases of this disease were cured, and the efficacy was satisfactory. Conclusion: MEBO bandaging treatment is very efficacious. It is economical and easy to apply.
