摘　　要：目的 :总结我科 13年来采用烧伤湿性医疗技术救治成批瓦斯爆炸伤患者的临床经验。方法 :对 1987年 9月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月收治的 8批 6 2例瓦斯爆炸伤患者的创面处理均采用烧伤湿性医疗技术 (MEBT/MEBO)治疗。结果 :除 2例自动出院外 ,余 6 0例均痊愈。结论 :妥善组织、分工合作 ,正确采用MEBT/MEBO处理创面 ,及早处理合并伤和并发症 。Objective:To sum up the experience in the rescue of gas explosion victims in group. Method: Retrospective analysis of the treating course of 62 patients burned by gas explosion in 8 groups. All the patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Result:2 cases left the hospital at their own will, 60 cases were cured. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO should be applied in a standardized way and complications should be treated early. Good organization and coordination are important in order to raise the curative rate.
