摘　　要：目的 :探讨一种较好的治疗癫痫发作所致烧伤的临床治疗方法。方法 :对本组 9例患者 ,在控制癫痫发作下 ,应用MEBT/MEBO处理烧伤创面。结果 :本组患者均达到较好的止痛效果。创面愈合时间为浅Ⅱ度 8± 1 6 9天 ;深Ⅱ度 2 0± 2 15天 ;Ⅲ度 34± 4 6 6天 ;2例Ⅲ度残余肉芽创面经植皮愈合。配合抗瘢痕药物等治疗创面无明显瘢痕增生。患者住院期间癫痫病控制稳定 ,无再次发作。结论 :MEBT/MEBO应用于癫痫发作所致烧伤的临床治疗效果较好 。Objective: To find a good method for treating burn patients caused by epileptic attack. Method: 9 cases of this disease were treated with MEBT/MEBO after the epileptic attack had been controlled.Result: MEBT/MEBO had very good pain relieving effect. Superficial 2nd degree burn wounds healed in 8 ±1.69 days, deep 2nd degree wounds healed in 20±2.15 days and 3rd degree wounds healed in 34±4.66 days. 2 cases with 3rd degree burn healed after skin grafting, but no hyperplastic scar formed. No recurrence of epilepsy. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has very good efficacy in treating burn caused by epileptic attack.
