摘  要:目的 研究Cajal Retzius(CR)和非Cajal Retzius(NCR)神经元在新生儿大脑 13个皮质区的分布、相应密度和可能的亚型。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测新生儿大脑皮质神经元数目及分布。结果  (1)PV免疫反应阳性CR细胞见于所有的新皮质区 ,这些区域在第一层深部也发现PV ir水平纤维丛。 (2 )许多PV irCR细胞显示退行性变的明显标志。 (3)除大的CR细胞外 ,小的PV irNCR神经元也出现在新皮质区。它们包括不同的形态学种类 ,可以区分为几种亚型。结论 NCR细胞高密度地出现于第一感觉区 3、1、17和 4 1区。由于PV irNCR细胞密度在各区的差异 ,PV irCR与PV irNCR的比率在第一感觉区相对较低。目前对出生早期大鼠躯体感觉皮质的研究报道第一层存在复杂的相关的神经元间自发作用的时空模式。一个很大的可能性就是区域多样的神经元活性可能在不同脑区皮质环路中起主要作用。Objective The present study investigates the distribution of Cajal Retzius(CR) and non Cajal Retzius(NCR) neurons, their relative density and possible subtypes in thirteen cortical areas in the newborn Method Neuronal populations were identified by immunohistochemistry for parvalbumin Result First, parvalbumin immunoreactive(Parv ir) CR cells were observed in all of the neocortical areas examined Theseareas also had a Parv ir horizontal fiber plexus in deep layerⅠ, confirming to the horizontal plexus classically associated with CR neurons Second, many Parv ir CR cells showed clear signs of degeneration Third, in addition to the large CR cells, smaller Parv ir NCR neurons occurred in many of the neocortical areas examined These were morphologically heterogeneous and may represent several subtypes Conclusion we were able to establish that these NCR cells occurred at higher density in primary sensory areas 3,1,17,and 41 Because of this variability in density of Parv ir NCR cells, the ratio of Parv ir CR to Parv ir NCR cells is selectively lower in primary sensory areas Recent investigations in somatosensory cortex of early postnatal rat report complex satiotemporal pattern of correlated spontaneous activity among neurons in layerⅠ An interesting possibility is that regional variability in this activity may play a major role in the organzation of cortical circuitry in different areas
