药物并心理疗法治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨药物并应用心理疗法治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法　研究组在常规药物基础上 ,采用生物反馈、自我放松训练等综合性的心理治疗 ,观察其与单纯药物治疗的临床疗效和生活质量状况。结果　研究组慢性湿疹症状明显改善 ,生活质量也明显提高。结论　综合性心理疗法可提高慢性湿疹的疗效。Objective To study the effects of chronic eczema treated with pharmaceutical and combinated with psychologic therapy.Methods Based on the routine drug therapy,the treatment groups were treated with biofeedback,self-relax training,while the control ones were only given with drug,finally the effects and living quality were observed respectively.Results The study groups were enhanced the effecience and improved the living quantity.Conclusion Psychiatric therapy on chronic eczema could enhance the effects and improve living quality.
