心脏体外循环系统检测植物外啡肽活性的研究

摘　　要：本文利用猪胃蛋白酶在37℃条件下降解中筋粉,采集不同反应时间的酶解液样品,低温离心处理后,分别加入蛙心体外循环系统中,测定心肌收缩力变化,并随即加入阿片肽阻断剂-纳洛酮,检测植物外啡肽活性。结果表明,酶解液能够引起心肌收缩力加强,并可被纳洛酮逆转,证明酶解液具有植物外啡肽活性。Different effect time samples which from middle glutin flour was resolved by pepsin of pigs at37℃,with centrifuged at low temperature,were determined activity of plant exorphins in this paper.The method is that samples added to the system of frog heart circulation in vitro respectively,to determine contraction changes of cardiae muscle,then opioid peptides inhibitor-naloxone was added the system,to determine contraction changes of myocardium again.The results were showed,that sample can enhance contraction force of myocardium,and which effect can be reversal by naloxone.It was proved that samples have bioactivity of plant exorphins.
