摘　　要：目的:观察翠绿宝石激光治疗太田痣的效果,找出治疗太田痣合适的能量值。方法:应用PhotoGenicaT10Q-开关翠绿宝石激光器(波长752nm,脉宽45～75ns)对96例太田痣患者进行治疗。结果:采用该疗法可安全去除太田痣,且创伤小,操作简便,无瘢痕等并发症发生,总有效率达96%。结论:Q-开关翠绿宝石激光治疗太田痣具有很好的效果,选择合适的能量值及做好围术期处理是成功治疗太田痣的关键。Objective To observe the effect of treating nevus of Ota using Q-switch alexandrite laser and find proper energy fluence of treating nevus of Ota. Methods 96 cases of suffering from nevus of Ota were curing with Q-switch alexandandrite laser (Cynosure,Inc.U.S.A,wavelength:752nm,pulse duration:45~75ns). Results Clearing nevus of Ota is microwound and safe,96% in total efficacy,simply operated by Q-switch alexandrite laser.It may not bring out the scars. Conclusion Removing nevus of Ota using alexandrite laser is of fine effect,the key of successing in healing nevus of Ota aim in selecting proper enery fluence for laser and managing the process of laser surgery.
