背肩部皮瓣在颈部放射性溃疡修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部放射性溃疡的治疗方法。方法:对于颈部放射性溃疡全部采用背肩部皮瓣转移修复。结果:共5例,男3例,女2例。溃疡大小为10cm×6cm～8cm×4cm,设计皮瓣大小为15cm×8cm～12cm×6cm。皮瓣全部成活良好,随访6个月～2年,溃疡未见复发,患者生活质量明显改善。结论:以颈胸椎旁为蒂的背肩部皮瓣血循环丰富,有足够的长度,可以满足颈部缺损创面的修复。Objective To evaluate a treatment method to cervical radiation ulcer. Methods Repairing the uluer by using the dorsal-shoulder skin flap in 5 patients. Results Ulcer areas from 10cmX6cm to 8cmX4cm with flaps sizes from 15cmX8cm to 12cmX6cm,all of the flaps survived completely.With the follow-up from 6 months to two years,no ulcers recurred. Conclusion The dorsal-shoulder skin flap with full blood and enough length,and fit the repairing of a cervical defect and it is a simple practical method with satisfactory results.
