摘　　要：本文报道用两个具有可变相对延时的皮秒激光脉冲,先后驱动两个光电子开关,产生前后沿均为亚毫微秒的宽度可调高压电脉冲。We report here the generation of width-variable electrical pulses with suban-nosecond rise and fall time by means of two picosecond light pulses with a variable delay between them to drive two photo-conductive switches one after the other.
