摘　　要：本文给出探针扫描法测量2.5kW CO_2激光束一维远场分布及发散角的实验结果;分析确定了分辨率、误差与结构参数间的关系。The measurement of 2.5kW CO2 laser beam's far-field intensity distribution in one dimesion and its divergence by scanning the beam across a wire probe are discribed, and the dependence of the resolution and the error of the system on the structure parameters are analysed.
