摘　　要：本文从速率方程组出发,得到了调Q激光器内腔二、三、四次倍频平均功率的解析表达式。分析表明,在给定泵浦下,存在使转换效率最佳的腔形与调Q频率f。In this paper, the analytical solutions are found for intra-cavity second, triple, and fourth harmonics average output of Q-switched lasers based on the rate equations. Through analysis, we find that there exist an optimum resonator configuration and an Q-switched frequency at the given pumping power
