摘 要:用ADP晶体四倍频Nd:YAG激光得266nm紫外波段辐照人与猪皮肤,肉眼观察其红斑发生率,以迭代加权概率单位分析其50%照射点损伤率,求得其MRD50分别为9.2mJ/cm^2与23.8mJ/cm^2,后者比前者高出2.6倍,并以扫描电镜观察猪皮肤红斑的组织学反应。In the present experiment, human and pig skins were irradiated with 266nm ultraviolet laser irradiation emitted from quadruple of ADP crystal, and the erythema was observed by the naked eye. It was found that the incidence of erythema ranged from 1% to 100%. By statistical method, we calculated the irradiation dose in probability unit, thus obtaining the minimal reaction dose of 50% prohit(MRD_(50)) as the threshold dose of the skin. The MRD_(50) at this wavelength region is 9.2mJ/cm^2 for human skin and 23.8ml/cm^2. for pig skin. The latter is 3.6 times higher than the former Histological changes of the pig skin with erythema were observed with scanning electron microscope The cause for the difference of erythema dose between the human and pig skins was discussed.
