氩激光治疗40例寇茨氏病的临床观察和长期随访

摘　　要：本文对40例寇茨氏病进行氩激光光凝治疗和长期随访。其中15例疗效显著,视网膜异常血管被破坏消失,渗出吸收。19例治疗好转,视网膜异常血管减少,渗出大部吸收。1例无变化。3例恶化,发生个视网膜脱离。2例在最后随诊时复发。激光疗效与视网膜渗出的程度有密切关系。Forty cases of Coats' disease were photocoagulated with argon laser and the long-term follow-up was carried out. 15 cases showed complete destruction of the retinal abnormal vascularity and the exudation disappeared. In 19 cases most of the abnormal vascularity were destroyed and the exudation reduced apparently. One case was unchanged in the retinal abnormal vascularity compared with pre-treatment state. Three cases were progressive tnd worsened into a total retinal detachment. Two cases showed recurrence at the last time of follow-up. The results indicate that the effects of laser treatment mainly depend on the extent of retinal exudation
