大鲵雄性生殖系统的组织学和超微结构研究

摘　　要：运用电镜和光镜研究了大鲵雄性生殖系统结构。研究结果表明 :大鲵雄性生殖系统由精巢、输精管、输出小管、泄殖腔和泄殖腔孔组成。精巢的基本结构单位为精细管。输精管管壁由粘膜、肌层和浆膜三层组成。输出小管连接精巢和输精管 。The male reproductive system of Andrias davidianus was studied and it consisted of testis, deferent duct, efferent duct and so on. The basic structure of testis was seminiferous tubule and the dissepiment of deferent duct consisted of mucous layer, muscular layer and serous membrane. Efferent ducts connected testis and deferent ducts and the wall of them was familiar to that of deferent ducts.
