常减压装置提高柴油收率的措施

摘　　要：济南炼油厂南常减压装置近几年在提高柴油收率方面采取了一些措施。如调整优化工艺参数、加大其他产品中柴油馏分的回收与挖掘力度、采用常四线代替常三作封油、减少碱洗过程的浪费等。从而使柴油收率提高了 2 %～ 4 % ,取得了很好的效果。Many measures were adopted to increase the yield of diesel oil of 3 500 kt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Jinan Refinery. such as optimizing technologic parameter, reclaiming Diesel Oil from other fractions, using other cuts as pressurize oil, reducing the losing in alkaline cleaning. Consequently the yield of diesel oil was improved by 2%～4%. The effect was very good. The measures can be used for reference to other similar unit to increase the yield of diesel oil.
