人芽囊原虫病中医辨治浅探

摘　　要：人芽囊原虫病以正虚虫扰为基本病机。辨证施治应以扶正祛虫、调理脾胃为基本法则。临床根据其病情发展特点,分为大肠湿热、脾虚湿困、阴虚、阳虚等型辨证施治,收效良好。The deficiency of healthy qi and disturbance of worm is the basic pathogenesis of human spore protozoiasis. Supporting healthy qi, expelling worm and regulating the spleen and stomach are the basic principles for the treatment accordingly. According to the characteristics of its progress, the syndrome should be differenti- aled as damp - heat of large intestine, deficiency of spleen with stagnation of damp, yin - deficiency and yang - deficiency and treated accordingly.
