摘　　要：通过对直缝焊管机组定径机立辊孔型系统分析和实际使用中的磨损情况 ,理论与实际相结合 ,提出了定径立辊椭圆形孔型设计的方法。通过实践 ,定径立辊椭圆形孔型设计 。It raises the ellipse hole type design method of sizing vertical roller based on the theories combining with the experience,hole type system analysis on sizing vertical roller of longitudinal welded pipe mill and the abrasion in practice.The practice proves that it is a good way to apply the ellipse hole design.
