摘　　要：叙述了高频焊管生产前的准备工作和轧辊安装方法 ,以及在生产中的一些常见故障 ,并对故障原因进行了简要分析 ,提出了解决问题的具体方法 。It states the preparation and roller installation methods prior to production,and some common trouble in production.Furthermore it briefly analyzes these troubles and raises the detailed methods to solve these troubles.The methods will play instructive roles for operators in welded pipe mill.
