血吸虫病患者外周血单核细胞体外诱生IL—2水平的变化

摘　　要：检测了17例急性血吸虫病、14例慢性血吸虫病和25例晚期血吸虫病患者外周血单核细胞在体外经 PHA 和血吸虫抗原诱生白细胞介素2(IL-2)的水平。急性组和慢性组经 PHA 诱生的 IL-2水平与对照组无显著性,而晚期组明显降低;急性组由血吸虫抗原诱生出较高水平的 IL-2,慢性组和晚期组由血吸虫抗原刺激产生的 IL-2水平虽然显著低于急性组,但明显高于对照组。提示急性和慢性患者的特异性细胞免疫分别呈增高和降低调节,晚期患者的特异性和非特异性细胞免疫均显著降低。IL-2在血吸虫病的免疫调控中起重要作用。The level of IL—2 produced by peripheral blood monocytes from 17 patients with acute schistosomiasis,14 patients with chronic schistosomiasis and 25 cases with advanced japonica schistosomiasis was determinedafter stimulated in vitro with PHA and schistosome antigens.It was found that the level of IL—2 induced byPHA was not significantly different from those in the group of patients with acute and chronic achistosomia-sis and of the normal control.But the level of IL—2 was greatly decreased in the group of patients with ad-vanced schistosomiasis.A high level of IL—2 was detected after the stimulation by schistogome antigens inthe group of patients with acute schistosomiasis.Although the level of IL—2 induced by schistosome antigensin the group of patients with chronic and advanced schistosomiasis was significantly lower than that in thegroup of patients with acute schistosomasis,but was apparently higher than that of normal control.The re-suits indicate that the specific cellular immunity was increased in the group of acute schistosomiasis and in thegroup of chronic schistosomisis.Both specific and nonspecific immunities were greatly reduced in the patientswith advanced schistosomiasis.IL—2 may play an important role in the immunoregulation of japonica schis-tosomiasis.
