摘　　要：介绍了一种对关口电能表及所在的电能计量回路或其它重要电能表进行实时监控的报警装置,阐明了研制报警装置的背景及硬件、软件原理。This paper introduces an Alarming Equipment for real- time monitoring gateway and it’ s circuit of electric energy measurement or other important Watt- hour meter. It also narrates the equipment's researching and producing enviroment, the principle of it's hardware and software.
