摘 要:现行的三种烘炉方法中,采用木材或启动油枪的烘炉方法都存在着局部温度过高和温度分布不均匀的缺点,烘烤时的升温和加热速率难以得到有效控制,不能满足烘炉曲线的要求。而采用烟气发生器的新式烘炉方法则可以满足CFB锅炉耐磨材料烘烤过程的要求,可以获得满意的烘炉效果。本文详细讨论了该烘炉方法和在它应用中存在的问题,指出该方法尚需要进一步总结和完善。文章的最后对烘炉过程提出了一些建议,同时指出CFB锅炉烘炉过程目前尚缺乏理论指导。When the refractory system dry out operations was being performed with wooden or start- up burners, there would be some local high temperature areas, and non- uniformity of temperature. Because the degree and rate of initial heat application was not gradual and regulated, these dry out measures were not accorded with the dry- out curves. If the smoke generators were introduced, this operations would be fulfilled well with an effect of satisfaction. In this paper, the dry out measure with smoke generators was discussed in detail, including it’ s problems. This measure should be advanced and modified. In the end, some suggestions were made, and it was pointed out that the dry out operations was lacking in support from any theory.
