摘 要:应用流式细胞光度术(FCM)检测分析了青蒿酯钠和复方奎宁埘鼠约氏疟原虫含量的影响。结果表明,疟原虫DNA含量的荧光分布随着给药时间的推移而减弱。给药24h后,含1~3个核疟原虫的红细胞百分率由41%降到12%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),青蒿酯钠组和奎宁组的疟原虫百分率分别下降到11%和12.7%,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。In this paper, the effect of artesunate and quinine on P. yoelii infected mouse erythrocytes was analysed by flow cytometry. It was showed that fluorescent distribution of DNA content in plasmodium of expermental group was obviously decreased as time on when drug was administered. The percentage of erythrocytes containing 1—3 nuclear parasite was decreased from 41% to 13% in 24 hours,there was significant difference as compared with control group (P<0.01). The percentage of erythrocytes with 1—3 nuclear parasites decreased to 11% in artesunate group and 12.7% in quinine group respectively, there were no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). It indicates that the two drugs can inhibit the DNA synthesis in P. yoelii.
