摘　　要：港口通航水域的乱养殖问题日益严峻。本文通过分析港口水域乱养殖的成因,介绍“海洋功能区划”的概念,提出治理乱养殖问题的对策。Unlawful aquiculture in navigation channel in the harbor water area is widely spreaded. This paper proposes the measures to harness the unlawful aquiculture in the harbor water area based on the analysis of the reasons resulting in the problems, and gives the concept of Marine Function Zoning.
