顺式氯氰菊酯处理蚊帐对淡色库蚊作用的研究

摘　　要：在实验室利用模拟箱,以豚鼠为诱饵,用顺式氯氰菊酯(20mg/m^2)浸泡蚊帐对淡色库蚊北京株实验种群进行了毒效试验,同时用浸泡帐布法覆盖小白鼠观察对吸血的影响。结果表明顺式氯氰菊酯浸帐毒杀作用较强,持效在半年以上,并可提高外逃率,降低夜间帐面停栖率,对吸血活动也有明显抑制作用,提示顺式氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐对淡色库蚊具有明显的接触拒避作用。The impregnated mosquito nets with alphacypermethrin (20 mg/m^2) were tested against Cx. pipiens pallens (Beijing strain) in the experimental cases fitted with exit—window trap to catch the females exiting during the night. In addition, the impregnated net fibres with alphacypermethrin (2,5, 10,20,40 mg/m^2 respectively) were tested for the prevention of mosquitoes from blood feeding. The results showed that the effectiveness of alphacypermethrin—impregnated net against Cx. pipiens pallens lasted at least, about 6 months in the experimental case, the mortality of mosquitoes were more than 60% and 30% respectively in half and one year. The net impregnated had some excite—repellent ef- fects on mosquitoes and the net fibres impregnated could cause the reduction of blood feeding of the fameles.
