益肝散联合博尔泰力治疗儿童乙型肝炎病毒感染

摘　　要：目的　了解益肝散联合博尔泰力 (氧化苦参碱 )对儿童乙肝病毒感染的疗效。方法　在第 4、6月疗程结束时比较益肝散联合博尔泰力与博尔泰力对 8～ 14岁儿童乙肝病毒感染的疗效。结果　益肝散和博尔泰力治疗结束时综合疗效近期完全应答率为 2 2 .2 % ,部分应答率为 4 4.4 % ;血 HBV - DNA完全应答率为 2 2 .2 % ,部分应答率为 50 .0 % ,与博尔泰力治疗相比差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5) ,疗效更好。6月随访时综合疗效完全应答率为 2 7.8% ,部分应答率 4 4.4 % ;H BV- DNA完全应答率为 2 5.0 % ,部分应答率为 55.6 % ,与博尔泰力 (完全应答率 2 2 .2 % ;部分应答率 36 .1% ;HBV- DNA完全应答率为 2 2 .2 % ,部分应答率为 4 1.7% )相比疗效为好 ( P<0 .0 5)。毒副作用小。结论　益肝散和博乐泰力联用对儿童乙肝病毒感染治疗效果好 ,安全可靠 ,是治疗儿童乙肝病毒感染的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yi Gan San (Powder Benificial to Liver, a Chinese patent medicine) combined with boertali(oxymatrine) for treating hepatitis B virus infection in children. Method The efficacy of Treatment Group(n=36, Yi Gan San + boertali) and Control Group(n=36, single boertali) was observed at the end of 4 month treatment course and 2 months after the end of treatment. Results At 4 or 6 months from the treatment, the comprehensive complete and partial response rates were 22.2%, 44.4% and 27.8%, 44.4% in Treatment Group but 16.7%, 36.1% and 22.2%, 36.1% in Control Group ( P < 0.05) while the complete and partial response rate of HBV DNA were 22.2%, 50.0% and 25.0%, 55.6% in Treatment Group but 16.7%, 41.7% and 22.2%, 41.7% in Control Group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The results showed that the efficacy of Yi Gan San combined with boertali was better than that of single boertali in comprehensive efficacy and HBV DNA level in children infected with hepatitis B virus.
