苦丁茶大叶冬青的降脂作用研究

摘　　要：以不同剂量的苦丁茶大叶冬青提取液喂饲高脂模型大鼠,采用Transansio全自动生化分析仪测定正常及各高脂模型组大鼠的血清脂质含量。结果苦丁茶和月见草油均能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的血清TC、TG指标(P<0.05),对HDL-C、LDL-C、 AI、R-CHR有一定的调节作用。证明苦丁茶大叶冬青有显著的降脂效果,对抗动脉粥样硬化有一定的预防作用。s: The hyperlipidemia rats were fed with different dose of distillable liquid of Ilex latifolia Thunb leaves. The Transansio automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determine the serum lipid rats in normal and model groups . The results showed that the Ilex latifolia Thunb tea and yuejiancao oil have significantly effects in decreasing the serum triglyceride and total cholesterol in the hperlipidemia rats(p<0.05).It can also modulate the HDL-C 、LDL-C 、AI and R-CHR indexes. The resuls implicated that the Ilex latifolia Thunb has significantly effects in decreasing the blood lipid of hyperlipidemia and in preventing atherosclerosis.
