复方沙棘口服液的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了观察蒙药“复方沙棘口服液”的止咳、祛痰临床疗效及药理作用。方法 :观察急性气管、支气管炎 16 0例 ,按双盲法随机分为治疗组 130例 (使用复方沙棘口服液 ) ,对照组 30例 (使用蛇胆川贝口服液 ) ,7天为 1个疗程。观察治疗后咳嗽、咳痰等症状的消失或缓解的临床疗效和实验疗效。结果 :治疗组第 3天时治愈率为 5 .39% ,第 5天时治愈率为 80 .77% ,第 7天时治愈率达到 10 0 % ,咳痰症状的消失率 3天时为 6 3.33% ,5天时达到 97.77% ,1周内咳痰症状完全消失 ;对照组 7天时治愈率才达到 33.33%。通过动物实验证实 ,复方沙棘口服液具有止咳、祛痰等药理作用。结论 :新剂型蒙成药“复方沙棘口服液”具备了止咳、祛痰的功效。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and pharmacological effect of compound sodium SA JI,a kind of new traditional Mongolian medicine.Method One hundred and sixty cases of acute tracheobronchitis were analyzed by double blind test.One hundred and thirty as contrast group were cured by using Snake Bile and Tendrilleal fritillary bulb. Seven days was regarded as one course of treatment.To observe the curative effect according to whether cough and expectoration vanish or remission.Results The cure rate of curative group at the third day was 5.39%,80.77% at the fifth day,100% at the seventh day.The vanishing rate of expectoration was 63.33% at the thirdday,97.77% at the fifthday,vanished thoroughly in one week.The cure rate of the contrast group was 33.33%in one week.Conclusion The new traditional Mongolian medicine-compound sodium SA JI has the curative effect of autitussing and eliminating phlegm.
