摘　　要：当前的经济生活中存在着市场秩序混乱的现象,阻碍了市场经济的发展。因此,必须加强社会主义法制建设,建立健全法律体系,强化执法规范,加大执法力度,创造一个有利于形成良好市场秩序的社会环境,以促进社会主义市场经济的健康发展。In the present economic life is there an out-of-order market that blocks the market economy from further growing. This requires that the socialist legal system building be strengthened, sound law bodies established, law execution be normalized and empowered in order to make a social condition favorable for a sound market order and foster the healthy development of the socialist market economy.
